Not true: "VEHICLE ASSIGNED IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CAR RENTAL FACILITY BASED ON AVAILABILITY. Per Hotwire representative during my call after arguing with the male counter person: "vehicle assigned after booking a HOT RATE is at the discretion of the car rental facility based on availability." Of course I knew it! It is common sense! You do not do fair play, you took more bookings than what you could handle based on your inventory, you must "learn" how to operate a business, you do not deserve to be an active car rental facility, you run unlawful practices.
